The E10R I 63S is a particularly compact scribe marking machine that can easily be integrated into a production line.

Scribing is a marking technology that is quieter than dot peening.

The I63S is powerful and is therefore ideal for DEEP SCRIBING ON ALL TYPES OF MATERIAL.

The robust structure of the I63S is protected against projections by stainless steel bellows and a full cowling. The machine can therefore be integrated into DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENTS and operate at HIGH RATES.

Its easy integration and programming make it very simple to use. Utilisation cost is low as no maintenance or consumables are needed.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The e10 R controller allows ultra-fast startup and navigation thanks to a latest generation microcontroller. The e10 R has the same features as the e10, but it also allows direct integration on a chassis or in a vertical position. Thanks to an option, it can be integrated directly into a control cabinet (DIN rail mounting kit).

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

The WINSIC PC software allows you to control the marking machine directly from a computer. It offers an intuitive interface to easily create and manage branding files, including a built-in logo creation utility. It also allows the connection to external databases to automate the import of marking data, and offers the possibility to insert background images in order to facilitate the positioning and layout of the contents to be marked.
