The I-SPEED is a PNEUMATIC DOT PEEN MARKING MACHINE THAT CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO A PRODUCTION LINE.

It uses CONTINUOUS VIBRATION TECHNOLOGY.
This is a variant of dot peening in which a pneumatic punch vibrates while being moved, which gives very fast continuous marking.
The pneumatic striker is ideal for simple marking at high rates.

The I-SPEED is perfectly compatible with very high-rate production lines and is capable of marking UP TO 10 CHARACTERS per second.

In addition, its SMALL SIZE (218 x 107 x 62 mm) makes it easy to incorporate in a production line.

The E10 R controller is compact and is ideal for the integrable range. It has a Qwerty keyboard covered by a waterproof membrane, and a backlit LCD screen that provides the user with a simple and intuitive interface.
Marking files can be uploaded/downloaded to/from the controller, to/from a PC, using a USB memory stick.

The I-SPEED provides very fast marking on all types of material, from plastic to treated steel with hardness up to 62 HRC.
It is easy to use and can mark parts of various shapes and different surface conditions.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The e10 R controller allows ultra-fast startup and navigation thanks to a latest generation microcontroller. The e10 R has the same features as the e10, but it also allows direct integration on a chassis or in a vertical position. Thanks to an option, it can be integrated directly into a control cabinet (DIN rail mounting kit).

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

The digital Z-axis allows the marking head to access hard-to-reach areas or mark a part on several levels in the same cycle. This option is available in different approach strokes: 50, 100 and 250 mm.
