The I 53 is a DOT PEEN MARKING MACHINE designed for EASY INTEGRATION ON AUTOMATIC LINES in an industrial environment, due to its compact size and 4 mounting faces.

It is suitable for a great majority of applications.

This integrable machine can be used in a production line IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DESIRED POSITION.
The ROBUST CAST ALLOY STRUCTURE is protected by LEATHER BELLOWS, designed to resist projections and fine particles.
In addition, the I 53 connector can be moved onto the side face if needed for integration into a production line.

The tungsten carbide stylus deforms the material by creating a series of indents in the surface to be marked. The EC1 can engrave alphanumeric text, logos, or 2D Data Matrix codes.

Dot peen marking technology with electromagnetic control enables parts with various shapes and surface finishes to be marked: plane, concave, convex, circular, raw and machined surfaces.

It only needs an electrical power supply.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The e10 R controller allows ultra-fast startup and navigation thanks to a latest generation microcontroller. The e10 R has the same features as the e10, but it also allows direct integration on a chassis or in a vertical position. Thanks to an option, it can be integrated directly into a control cabinet (DIN rail mounting kit).

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

The digital Z-axis allows the marking head to access hard-to-reach areas or mark a part on several levels in the same cycle. This option is available in different approach strokes: 50, 100 and 250 mm.

This button box is equipped with two push on/off buttons and a file selector. There is the possibility to select four files. It allows you to start a cycle manually.
