Dot peen engraving machine with Z axis C-153 ZA

The C153 ZA is a COLUMN-MOUNTED DOT PEEN MARKING MACHINE, i.e. a machine that slides on a vertical axis to adjust the position of the marking head.
It is ideal for marking small or medium sized parts, which are placed directly beneath the marking head.

The C153 ZA is a fast machine, designed for intensive use.

This machine is particularly robust with a cast alloy base and a strengthened column.

The C153 ZA has a LARGE MARKING WINDOW (160x100mm) and can precisely mark ALL TYPES OF MATERIAL, from plastic to steel hardened to 62HRC.

The E10 CONTROLLER that controls the C153 ZA has a Qwerty keyboard covered by a waterproof membrane and a backlit colour screen that provides the user with a simple and intuitive interface.

Marking files can be uploaded/downloaded to/from the controller, to/from a PC, using a USB memory stick.

The tungsten carbide stylus deforms the material by creating a series of indents in the surface to be marked. The C153 ZA can also engrave alphanumeric text, logos, or 2D Data Matrix codes.

Dot peen marking technology with electromagnetic control enables PARTS WITH VARIOUS SHAPES AND SURFACE FINISHES to be marked: plane, concave, convex, circular, raw and machined surfaces.

The rotary axis enables marking on cylindrical or series parts in rotation, ensuring precise and uniform marking across the entire surface. It optimizes productivity by automating the marking process without manual repositioning.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The maintenance kit is an essential accessory to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the machine. It includes all the consumables and parts needed to perform maintenance operations in complete autonomy, without having to call a technician.

The plate support is a tool for positioning and clamping plates using magnets. A reference square allows the plate to be positioned precisely and repeatedly. The plate is held by one or two magnetic pads and allows the marking of plates of different dimensions without prior adjustment.

The plate feeder makes it possible to automate the marking of plates by presenting them one by one under the stylus, without the intervention of the operator between each part. This allows continuous and autonomous marking. It is ideal for large volumes of industrial data plates.
