Description

The XXL-BOX is a safe Class 1 laser marking station with automatic door.

It is fully modular and can mark large parts.

This station is also suitable for surface preparation operations such as cleaning or roughening.

The XXL-BOX is available in 3 widths: 800, 1200 or 1600mm. It is equipped with a fiber laser ranging from 20W to 100W, to meet the most demanding applications.

Its modular design enables the integration of various options (marking head integrated code reading, 3D module).

Different axis configurations enable the XXL-BOX to adapt to your production process.

The XXL-BOX is also a turnkey solution that can be easily integrated into a robotic cell.

  • Optimized marking area. Thanks to its suspended marking head, the XXL-Box makes full use of its working volume, without obstructing the work area.
  • The largest working volume on the market, thanks to its ability to mark parts up to 520mm high and 820mm deep.

  • With a power range from 20W to 100W, available in standard or MOPA sources, the XXL-BOX is perfectly suited to marking a wide variety of materials: steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, engineering plastics, carbon and others.
  • For high-contrast markings and deep etching in very short cycle times
  • Markings resistant to surface treatment processes (E-coat, KTL, etc.), painting or shot-blasting
  • Suitable for surface preparation operations: increasing roughness, coefficient of friction, cleaning or material removal.

Fume Extractor

The fume extractor is essential for protecting operators from emitted fumes and maintaining optimal marking quality. It effectively removes particles and fumes generated during laser marking, preventing accumulation on parts or lenses. By safeguarding operators and equipment, it extends system lifespan and complies with industrial safety standards.

Code Reader (Integrated or External)

The code reader provides immediate verification of 1D and 2D codes produced by the FIT Laser. Whether integrated into the marking head or externally on the production line, it ensures reliable code reading for traceability. Connected to the controller, it allows automatic and rapid validation.​
